The terms and conditions set out below (“Conditions”) apply to your use of this site including the use of the information services offered on this site. In accessing, viewing, transmitting, caching this site or any of its services, functions, materials, or contents, you shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound to each and all of the conditions and notices mentioned in this site without modification. So please carefully read this section before proceeding. If you do not accept these conditions, you must refrain from using this site. Hotel Reservations
The reservations feature of the Site is provided solely to assist customers for the availability of travel-related services and products and to make legitimate reservations and for no other purpose. Guests warrant that they are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to enter into the legal agreement constituted by your acceptance of these conditions, and to use the site in accordance with such conditions. You agree to be financially responsible for your use of this site including without limitation for all reservations made by you or on your account for you, whether authorized by you or not. For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged, you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of supply including without limitation payment of all money due under such terms or conditions.
The site contains details of hotel charges and room rates (including any available SPECIAL PROMOTIONS) for hotels and resorts owned & managed by Satees Hotels and Resorts. Hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking are set out on the site and payment will be according to the terms and conditions. No contract will subsist between you and Satees Hotels and Resorts in respect of any services or products offered through this site unless and until Satees Hotels and Resorts accepts your order by e-mail or automated confirmation through this site confirming that it has accepted your reservation, booking, or order and any such contract shall be deemed to incorporate the hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking. Any other relevant terms and conditions relating to particular services or products are set out on this site. You undertake that all details you provide in connection with any services or products which may be offered by Satees Hotels and Resorts on this site (including hotel room reservations) will be correct and, where applicable, the credit card which you use must be your own and should have sufficient funds to cover the cost of any services or products which you wish to purchase. Satees Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to obtain validation of your credit card details before providing you with any services or products.

Security & Non confidentiality
Satees Hotels and Resorts does not warrant and cannot ensure the security or confidentiality of any information which you transmit to Satees Hotels and Resorts. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to Satees Hotels and Resorts is transmitted at your own risk.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Conditions are governed by the laws in force in India and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy-

Hotel Policy

**The rights of admission are reserved by Jalchhabi Hotel
and Resort
• The standard check-in time is 12 Noon and the standard check-out time is 10
Am
• Early Check in/ Late Checkout are Chargeable and subject to availability.
• The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.
• The Credit/Debit Card Holder should be one of the travelers if you have
booked with us using any one of the latter.
• As per Govt. regulation, we request all guests to mandatorily produce Govt.
approved original photo with address identity proof at the time of check-in.
Foreign nationals are required to present their Valid Passport and valid
Visa/OCI. Indian Nationals can present any one of the following: Aadhar Card –
Passport-Driving License-Voter ID card.
• Visitors are strictly not allowed to meet the staying guest in the room. Any
special permission is under the preview of General Manager.
• Cancellation of booking should be prior to 15 days of date of check in (
depending upon conditions).
• Amendment of booking is not allowed.
• Check in with Arms and Ammunition is highly restricted and the case will come
under Laws and Legislation.
• Breakfast for 2 pax per room, 2 nos 500ml bottle/1 lit single bottled
drinking water complimentary.
• Outside Food, Liquor and Beverages are strictly not allowed in our Hotel
Premises.
• Alcohol consumption in Hotel Premise is strictly prohibited.
• Customers with Local IDs will not be allowed to check-in. Jalchhabi Hotel and
Resort reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation can
be denied to guests residing in the same city. Any special case is under the
preview of General Manager.
• Smoking in the room is prohibited. Adjacent open-air balcony of the room is
the specified area for smoking
• We don’t encourage pay at hotel operations; booking will be confirmed against
the full payment at the time of booking.
• Loss of key will be charged INR 2000/-+ Taxes for each key. Damage of key
holder will be charged INR 1000/- (+ Taxes for each one.).
• No loud disturbances, noise or nuisances are allowed.
• Damage to mattresses and beddings will be charged INR 20000/-+ Taxes, Any
Towels, Linen, Duvet will be Charged each by INR 1000/-+Taxes, 2000/-+ Taxes,
3000/-+Taxes respectively.
• Any Special Cleaning due to unhygienic behavior (Vomiting etc.) will be
charged INR 3000/-+ Taxes.
• Damaged to any hotel articles, furniture, fixture, walls, paintings will be
charged as on actual price plus compensation of INR 30000/-+ Taxes.
• No pets are allowed.
• Conserve water and Energy.
• Signing of Registration card will be taken as an acceptance to all the house
rules by the Guest.
• Breakfast timings are 08:00 – 10:00 am henceforth all requests will be
chargeable. Housekeeping services are available from 0900 am to 0900 pm.
• Restaurant and in room dining last order placing time is 09.30 pm.
• Per Room 01 liter of bottled water per day from hotel side. Rest on
chargeable basis.
• Child below aged 12 years will be complimentary in accordance with the plan
of cottage opted.
• Maximum one extra adult per room is allowed for an extra charge (with
applicable GST) per day, with an extra mattress on floor.
• The particular picture of a room as shown in the website may be different due
to technical variance in design setup.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a
customer has engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other
circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted
from a mistake or error.
Driver’s accommodation not available in hotel.

Hotel does not have any elevator.
Apart from Deluxe Cottages, all other category rooms are situated in
first floor.

Apart from Standard Twin rooms (02 single beds),
all other category of rooms having a queen size bed.

EP rate plan is always non-cancellable and non-refundable

Policy for group booking/ Banquet booking- please contact us via email at
least 2 months in advance.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation of Individual booking (Except Blinds Dates) prior to 15
days of Check In date will be refundable after 15 percent deduction. EP rate
plan is always non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Individual Booking Cancellation taken place in 15 or less days of Check
in date will be non-refundable. EP rate plan is always non-cancellable and
non-refundable.
• Group Bookings (5 or more rooms) Cancellation (Except Blind Dates) prior
to 45 days of Check in date will be refundable after 15 percent
deduction. 
• Group Booking Cancellation (Expect Blind Dates) taken place in 45 or
less days of Check In date will be non-refundable.
• Group Booking Cancellation (Expect Blind Dates) taken place within 45 or fewer days of Check In date will be non-refundable.•Blind dates – Puja vacations 09th October 2024 to 13th October 2024, Diwali vacations 31st October 2024 to 03rd November 2024, Christmas and New Year 22nd December 2024 to 1st January 2025, Republic Day holiday 26th January 2025 to 28th January 2025 and all holidays’ bookings will be non-refundable. •Rates on 31st December include complimentary entry to NEW YEARS EVE PARTY at the lawn, DJ Night, unlimited snacks, and compulsory Gala Dinner. Amendment Policy

• Amendments will be treated as a cancellation.
• Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.
